- We show up in a two-hour window. No “sometime between 8 and 5” games. We call when we’re on the way.
- You approve the price before we touch anything. We’ll confirm the exact quote on-site. The number we say is the number you pay.
- We haul it out and clean up. Stairs, tight hallways, third-floor apartments — we’ve done all of it. We sweep up after ourselves too.
