Junk Removal Load Pricing
Our general junk removal pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in the truck. These are typical estimates; we confirm your price before work begins.

- Standard-size refrigerator (typical): about $180
- Slightly over 1/8 truckload: $210
- About 1/4 truckload: $280
- About 1/3 truckload: $310
- About 1/2 truckload: $380
- Slightly over 1/2 truckload: $410
- About 3/4 truckload: $508
- Just under a full truckload: $600
- Full truckload: $650
Item surcharges listed below are added to the applicable load-volume price; they are not included in the load price. Applicable sales tax is additional. We confirm the total quote before work begins.
Labor-Only Services
- Two technicians: $140 per hour
- Three technicians: $180 per hour
Labor-only pricing applies to labor-only jobs. We’ll confirm the scope and expected labor before work begins.
Hot Tub Removal
- Small hot tubs: around $350
- Medium hot tubs: around $500
- Large 8-person hot tubs: typically $600–$800
Final pricing depends on access, location, and whether dismantling or light demolition is required.
Shed Demolition & Removal
- Small sheds: typically $350–$450
- Medium sheds: typically $500–$600
- Extra-large sheds: require an on-site evaluation and custom quote.

Furniture, Appliances & Cleanouts
Quotes are based on the items and volume being removed. Contact us to discuss furniture removal, appliance removal, household junk, yard debris, and property cleanouts.
Additional Item Surcharges
- Mattresses: $25 per mattress
- Small paint cans: $5 per can
- Larger paint cans: $10 per can
- Tires: $25 per tire
Extra-large contractor bags: Heavy-duty, extra-large contractor bags are available for $5 per bag. This is an additional charge and is not included in the load price.
Hazardous or specialty cleanup: Larger jobs involving hazardous materials may require hazmat suits and other protective equipment depending on job conditions. Any applicable additional charges will be explained in the estimate before work begins. Service is subject to the materials we can safely and legally handle.
Any required disassembly or demolition is priced separately based on the job and included in your quote before work begins. Applicable sales tax is additional.
